Operations Director

Hana Pugh is a multi-faceted, multi-hyphenate Jill of all trades with a background in biology and research. She brings experience in supporting teams of all sizes with logistics and operations. Hana (pronounced like “Benihana”) hails from Northeast Baltimore, is an alumna of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, and is a proud mother of a 7-year-old son. 

Hana’s favorite hobby is adding a ton of items to an online shopping cart and closing the browser once she sees the total – she calls it virtual window shopping. Otherwise, you can catch her curating Spotify playlists, traveling stateside and abroad, trying new foods, and having dance parties with her son.
